Career

I studied and obtained my Bachellor's Degree of Graphic Design, with a concentration on Digital Art, at the Universidad de Puerto Rico, Recinto de Carolina. I plan on continuing my studies with a Master's Degree on Animation. Hopefully, someday I can become a lead animator on a prestigious animation studio, such as: Disney, Pixar or DreamWorks. It would be a dream come true to see my work on the big screen, even if all I did was animate a characters arm for three seconds, haha! I admire talented animators such as Glen Keane (from Disney) and Hayao Miyasaki from (Studio Ghibli), who with their particular styles and talent are able to breathe life into characters and make them somebody we can honestly care for, even if it's just a 'cartoon'. I suppose that therein lies the magic of being an animator; you are not an artist but a wizard, who makes people forget they are rooting for a fictional and drawn character.
